Deja Entendu.

Last night at life groups we had debates. Matt had compiled a list of very controversial debate topics of today and picked from them at random. Each team was split into three groups: A, B, and C. When a letter was called, the groups with that letter would step up to the plate and face off in rock paper scissors. Matt would announce the topic and the winner got to choose whether or not they wanted to be for or against it.

It was quite fun, despite the fact I knew few of the people there and it was incredibly nerve wracking in the beginning.

I love meeting new people and being part of something bigger than myself.

Are any of you, my lovely followers, in such groups or anything? Do you have a sort of family that isn’t really your family?

Firstly, I plan to go to Haiti with The Rising. It’s July 20-30th, which gives me exactly six months to prepare/find out if I have enough money. It was a sort of random thought, that I would want to go, but now I’m determined. I want to help these people in any way possible, and I feel that I can at least make somewhat of a difference if I go. I will help someone.

Also this summer I’m going to be getting ready to move into my dorm at IU Bloomington. I’m pretty excited for that as well.

But enough about me, do you have any awesome summer plans? Going to the beach? Visiting long lost friends or taking a road trip to the opposite coast? I certainly hope so, but if not, hopefully you will come up with something or something amazing will happen..because I love all of you.
